1 Scope<\/b><\/p>\n

1.1 This standard provides the requirements for relocatable buildings.<\/p>\n

Note: See Section 4 Glossary, Annex C and Section D3.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1.2 This Standard applies to relocatable buildings where the major occupancy, as defined in the National Building Code of Canada, is:<\/p>\n

    a)\tGroup A, Division 2;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    b)\tGroup C, except that the standard does not apply to buildings containing dwelling units;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    c)\tGroup D, or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    d)\tGroup F, Division 3.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.3 This Standard applies to relocatable buildings without a basement or heated crawl space where the building area does not exceed the maximums specified in .<\/p>\n

    Note: Buildings that exceed the building heights and building areas specified in 2 must comply with the building codes and regulations that apply at the building location.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
