{"id":270590,"date":"2024-10-19T18:07:54","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T18:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bs-en-141292014\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T14:17:13","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T14:17:13","slug":"bs-en-141292014","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bs-en-141292014\/","title":{"rendered":"BS EN 14129:2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This European Standard specifies the requirements for the design and testing of spring loaded pressure relief valves and thermal expansion valves for use in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>static LPG pressure vessels,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>NOTE The pressure vessels can be situated above ground, underground or mounded.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>LPG pressure vessels on road tankers, rail tankers, tank-containers or demountable tanks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This document does not address production testing.<\/p>\n<p>Normative Annex B prescribes testing with conditioning at &#8211; 40 \u00b0C for valves for use under extreme low temperature conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The requirements for pressure relief valve accessories such as isolating devices, changeover manifolds and vent pipes are specified in EN 14071.<\/p>\n<p>EN 14570 identifies the requirements for the pressure relief valve capacities for static pressure vessels.<\/p>\n<p>EN 12252 identifies the requirements for the pressure relief valve capacities for road tankers.<\/p>\n<p>Valves designed in accordance with this standard are specifically for use in LPG applications. Valves manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 4126-1 may also be used in certain LPG applications.<\/p>\n<p>Terms used with LPG pressure relief valves are described graphically in Annex A.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>LPG Equipment and accessories.
