Elle ne concerne ni les couverts enti\u00e8rement fabriqu\u00e9s en m\u00e9taux pr\u00e9cieux, aluminium, acier ordinaire, ni ceux enti\u00e8rement fabriqu\u00e9s en maillechort. Elle ne traite pas non plus des couverts dor\u00e9s ou chrom\u00e9s.
